Student Accommodation

How do I book a room?

Have a look at our rooms and properties. On the students page you will see an example of holaflats single and double rooms. To see more photos please go to our flats page.
Get in touch with your dates and preferences. Let us know when you are looking for a room. Student rooms and rentals are available between September and June.
We’ll check your dates and send you a list of available rooms.
Choose the room you like and secure it by paying 1 month deposit via bank transfer or paypal.

Can I book a whole property?

Yes! Prices for the whole property are shown on the students page. Please contact us at info@holaflats.com to book. Please remember that properties have a maximum occupancy based on the number of bedrooms, e.g. 3 bedrooms = 3 students.

Will my deposit be returned?

Of course! Provided the property is left in a good condition and there haven’t been any breakages.

Is it possible to book other dates?

Please get in touch to enquire about other dates.

Are bills included?

Community charges are included but electricity, wifi and water will be payable. The charges will be calculated based on actual usage and will be billed every 3 months. To give you an idea of costs, the average monthly bills for a 3 bedroom property are around €150. So €150/3 = €50 per person per month.
